I packed 3 cardigans and 2 pair of pants, but I didn’t pack any shirts. Guess I will be running to Target on the way to my meeting. Packing fail.

We did a Bar tending class for date night. We won 1st in the “speed challenge” and got to take home a bottle of premium margarita mix :) date night success!

easy spicy chicken
- 4 chicken breasts (mostly thawed)
- 1 cup of pace mild salsa
- 4-6 jalepenos whole (canned works great)
- 1 can rotel
- 1 packet of taco season (low sodium)
crockpot 4-6 hours.
